A 50% deposit is required to book your session at Audeoboi Studios. Time slots are first come, first served and upon Audeoboi Studios receipt of a 50% deposit. In some instances, Audeoboi Studios may ask for a full non-refundable payment for multiple day bookings instead of a deposit. No booking is confirmed unless a deposit has been received and a confirmation has been emailed to client or client representative.
Is my deposit refundable?
• 4 hours or less bookings: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of booking.
• 5 hours or more bookings: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations or rescheduling occurs within 36 hours of booking. Client subject to full payment of booking.
• Multi-day bookings: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations or rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the first day of booking. Client subject to full payment of booking.
• Purchase Order (PO) Bookings: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations or rescheduling occurs within 48 hours of the first day of booking. Client subject to full payment of booking.
Remaining balances are due at the beginning of each session. Sessions cannot begin until balances have been processed and cleared. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your session starts to ensure your session begins on time. For multiple day bookings, the balance is due at the beginning of the first booked day. In some instances, Audeoboi Studios may ask for a full non-refundable payment for multiple day bookings instead of a deposit.
What forms of payments are accepted?
Audeoboi Studios currently accepts the following forms of payments:
• ACH Deposit/Wire
• Cashapp
• Credit Card - (in person only w/ valid matching ID)
• PO (established record labels only)
• Zelle
Cancellations must be made with Audeoboi Studios management only and are not valid if communicated with Audeoboi staff, interns, or engineers. No bookings are considered canceled until a confirmation email is sent out by Audeoboi management. If cancellations or rescheduling occur outside of the allowable time frames, clients are subject to full payment of booking. It is the responsibility of the client to inform their entire team of cancellations or rescheduling. Clients who fail to show up to their sessions will still be billed for the full time slot.
Refunds are available for deposits or payments if the request abides by our deposit, confirmations, and payment policies. See all guidelines above. Refunds must be approved by Audeoboi Studios management and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be sent via the original payment method.

Audeoboi Studios will hold files no longer than 7 days in our system. It is highly recommended you bring your own hard drive to transfer your files onto at the end of each session. Audeoboi Studios is not responsible for unretrievable or missing files after 7 days from the creation of the file. Audeoboi engineers can send out files digitally via WeTransfer.com as a courtesy at the end of your session. Transfer fees starting at $75/hr will apply to digital transfers that take over 30 minutes to upload.
The occupancy max capacity for our four control rooms are set to ensure that artists, musicians, engineers, producers and staff can comfortably interact.
• The Live Room maximum capacity: 15 people
• The Ayye Room maximum capacity: 12 people
• The Gold Room maximum capacity: 10 people
• Studio B maximum capacity: 8 people
• Studio C maximum capacity: 4 people
• The Producer's Lab maximum capacity: 3 people
Studio tours are available Tuesdays - Fridays from 11AM-4PM by appointment only. Please call in advance to schedule a tour. FaceTime tours are also available if scheduling doesn’t permit an in-person tour. Walk-ins will be turned away.
No tobacco products or byproducts are allowed at Audeoboi Studios.
No animals of any kind are allowed at Audeoboi Studios.
